Fair Housing and Equal Access Policy

At our company, we are fully committed to upholding the Miami-Dade County Fair Housing Law as outlined in the Miami–Dade County, Florida Code of Ordinances, Chapter 11A – Discrimination, Article II – Housing, Section 11A-11. This means that every person has the right to buy or rent a home without facing discrimination of any kind.

Under this law, it is unlawful to refuse to sell, rent, or negotiate housing based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, or disability. It is also illegal to impose different rental terms, prices, or qualifications because of any of these factors. Equal opportunity housing is not just our policy—it’s the law.

We recognize “source of income” as any lawful, verifiable income used to pay rent—this includes Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), pensions, and retirement benefits. Every qualified applicant deserves to be treated fairly, regardless of how their rent is paid.

Additionally, our company is committed to accessibility and inclusion for all individuals, including those who are blind or visually impaired. We ensure that our website and communications are accessible through screen readers and other assistive technologies so that everyone can easily access housing information and opportunities without barriers.

Our goal is simple: to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every individual—regardless of background, income source, or ability—has an equal opportunity to find a place to call home.
